1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
2 pieces Eggs
1 1/4 cups 1 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
6 pieces cookies and cream, crushed
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
2 pieces Eggs
1 1/4 cups 1 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
6 pieces cookies and cream, crushed

STEPS

Step 1 Whisk flour, salt, eggs, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. (5 minutes)
Step 2 Preheat a non-stick pan and pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Swirl and cook over low heat. Flip to cook the other side. Make around 7-9 pcs of crepes. Set aside to cool. (15 minutes)
Step 3 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada until light and smooth. Whisk in half of cookies and cream. (10 minutes)
Step 4 Assemble crepe cake by spreading whipped cream mixture on every piece of crepe. (10 minutes)
Step 5 Top crepe cake with crushed cookies and cream. Refrigerate overnight.
