500 | grams | Beef Camto, cut into cubes or serving pieces |
1 | cup | Pineapple Juice |
2 | cups | Water (or as needed) |
1/4 | teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Cooking Oil |
2 | tablespoons | chopped Garlic |
1 | piece | sliced onion |
1/2 | cup | Tomato Sauce |
1 | can | 85g Liver spread |
2 | tablespoons | Pickle Relish |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
2 | pieces | Siling Labuyo, chopped |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/4 | cup | grated cheese |
Step 1 | Tenderize beef in pineapple juice, water, salt and pepper. Allow to boil then simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour 45 minutes. When tender, drain and set aside. Reserve the broth. |
Step 2 | Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. |
Step 3 | Stir in tenderized beef. Add tomato sauce and the reserved broth. Continue simmering until slightly thickened. |
Step 4 | Add liver spread and pickles. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , sugar and siling labuyo. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and turn off the heat. |
Step 5 | Add grated cheese and stir until melted. |
