1 | can | NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
1/3 | cup | Condensed Milk |

1/2 | cup | strawberry jam |
Step 1 | Pre –heat oven to 350ᴼF. |
Step 2 | Sift all purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl. |
Step 3 | Whisk egg yolks and sugar together until light. Stir in NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and flour mixture |
Step 4 | In another bowl, whisk together egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks. Fold in egg white mixture to egg yolk mixture. Pour into 6-inch round cake pan. |
Step 5 | Bake cake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. Cut into 1 ½ -inch pieces. |
Step 6 | Mix NESTLÉ® Milk Cream and condensed milk. |
Step 7 | Assemble pieces of cake, NESTLÉ® Milk Cream mixture, fresh strawberries and strawberry jam in serving containers in layers. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve well chilled. |
