2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
4 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | onion, chopped |
1/2 | cup | Elbow Macaroni |
1/2 | cup | small carrot, diced |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | cup | chopped cabbage |
3 | pieces | hotdog, sliced |
1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap |
Step 1 | Simmer chicken breast in water for 5 minutes. Reserve broth and shred chicken. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Sauté garlic and onion using vegetable oil in a pot. Pour reserved broth and simmer. Add macaroni and carrot and simmer for 10 minutes. (10mins) |
Step 3 | Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Temper NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and pour back to the soup. Stir in shredded chicken, hot dog and cabbage. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately. (5mins) |
