4 pieces salmon steaks, skin on (creamy dory or lapu lapu fillets may be used as well)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Mustard
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon dried or freshly chopped Tarragon

STEPS

Step 1 Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper.
Step 2 In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Transfer onto a plate.
Step 3 Add wine to the same skillet. Cook pan liquids until reduced by half for about 1 minute. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and the other remaining ingredients. Cook and whisk until thick for about 2 minutes.
Step 4 Drizzle the cream sauce over fish steaks and serve.
