4 | pieces | salmon steaks, skin on (creamy dory or lapu lapu fillets may be used as well) |
1/4 | teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
1/4 | cup | dry white wine or chicken broth |
1/2 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | tablespoons | Mustard |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | dried or freshly chopped Tarragon |
Step 1 | Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper. |
Step 2 | In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Transfer onto a plate. |
Step 3 | Add wine to the same skillet. Cook pan liquids until reduced by half for about 1 minute. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and the other remaining ingredients. Cook and whisk until thick for about 2 minutes. |
Step 4 | Drizzle the cream sauce over fish steaks and serve. |
