1 | piece | small carrot, diced |
750 | grams | pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
6 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | onion, chopped |
4 | pieces | tomato, chopped |
1/2 | cup | Tomato Sauce |
2 1/2 | cups | Water |
1 | piece | Bay Leaf |
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Brown Sugar |
1 | piece | green bell pepper, diced |
1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap |
Step 1 | Sauté potato and carrot in oil until light golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Season pork shoulder with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté pork in the same pan until light golden brown. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Add garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add bay leaf, pepper and sugar. Simmer while covered for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. (1hour) |
Step 4 | Add bell pepper, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (10mins) |
