6 | pieces | Egg Yolk |
1/2 | cup | Sugar |
2 | cups | NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk |
1/8 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
2 | tablespoons | Unflavored Gelatin |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled and whipped |
3 | pieces | Canned Peaches, thinly sliced |
Step 1 | In a small bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar and set aside. |
Step 2 | In a saucepan, bring NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and vanilla to a boil. Slowly pour in 1/4 cup of the hot milk onto the egg mixture, whishing continuously. Pour the tempered eggs back into the saucepan. Add gelatin and cook for 3 more minutes until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely until beginning to set. |
Step 3 | Fold whipped cream into cooled milk. |
Step 4 | To assemble, arrange peaches on the bottom of a sing-serve glass container. Pour in cream until half-filled and make another layer of peaches and cream. garnish with more peaches. Chill until ready to serve. |
