6 pieces Egg Yolk
1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled and whipped
3 pieces Canned Peaches, thinly sliced

STEPS

Step 1 In a small bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar and set aside.
Step 2 In a saucepan, bring NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and vanilla to a boil. Slowly pour in 1/4 cup of the hot milk onto the egg mixture, whishing continuously. Pour the tempered eggs back into the saucepan. Add gelatin and cook for 3 more minutes until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely until beginning to set.
Step 3 Fold whipped cream into cooled milk.
Step 4 To assemble, arrange peaches on the bottom of a sing-serve glass container. Pour in cream until half-filled and make another layer of peaches and cream. garnish with more peaches. Chill until ready to serve.
