Ingredients:

  • 6 pcs egg yolk
  • 1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125 ml
  • 1 small can condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 fine salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar

 

Steps:

  1. Mix egg yolks with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Add sugar in a large llanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Strain cream mixture into the llanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  4. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold onto a serving plate and serve chilled.

  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 5 pcs broas
  • 2 pcs ripe mangoes, diced
  • 6–8 pieces store-bought small white meringue cookies
  • 4-finger KITKAT®, crushed

 

Steps:

  1. Whip 1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with condensed milk
  2. Place a layer of broas at the bottom of a container. Add a layer of diced mango and sweetened NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream.

Add a layer of meringue cookies, sweetened NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, diced mangoes, and KITKAT®. Refrigerate overnight.

Steps: 

  1. Place chocolate in a heat-proof container. Place that over a pot with gently simmering water. Stir the chocolate until melted and add in vanilla. Set aside to cool. (10 minutes)
  2. Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until light and fluffy. Gradually whisk in sugar and whip until stiff peaks. (10 minutes)
  3. Fold in whipped cream to melted chocolate. Refrigerate until use (2 minutes).

Steps: 

  1. Combine graham crackers and butter. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Beat NESTLÉ® Cream, cream cheese, and condensed milk until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. In a container, layer graham crackers, cream mixture, and blueberries alternately. 
  4. Place inside the refrigerator to keep cold. Serve chilled.

Claimed to have been discovered by a Cambridge student in the 17th century, Crème Brulee has definitely gone beyond the four corners of a classroom. Delight everyone at the dinner table with this creamy custard topped with burnt, crispy sugar.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 can NESTLÉ® Thick Cream 300g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp sugar, for caramelizing on top of Brulee

 

Steps: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar together. Set aside.
  3. Scale NESTLÉ® Thick Cream in a saucepan until hot to touch but not boiling. Remove from heat and slowly pour over the eggs while mixing vigorously. Add vanilla.
  4. Pass the mixture through a strainer and pour it into ramekins for baking. Place ramekins in a baking pan and carefully pour boiling water into the pan halfway up the sides of the ramekin.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Check if the custards are set by shaking the ramekin slowly.
  6. Once baked, remove from heat and allow it to cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle about 1 tbsp of sugar on top of the custard and heat with a blow torch until the sugar caramelizes.

  • Condensed milk 108g

 

Steps:

  1. Add gelatin to 1/4 cup of water to bloom. Set aside.
  2. Simmer 3/4 cup of water with NESCAFÉ CLASSIC and brown sugar, and stir in the gelatin mixture. Gently simmer until dissolved. 
  3. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool and cut into cubes.
  4. Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and condensed milk. 
  5. Place gelatin at the bottom of a serving glass. Pour the cream mixture and shaved ice. Serve immediately.

  • 1/2 cup corn syrup

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter

 

Steps:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, corn syrup, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and 1/2 cup of the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes straight, string constantly.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the remaining chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Allow it to cool for a bit before serving over ice cream.
