1 | cup | Large white tapioca |
1/2 | cup | Glutinous rice flour, mixed with 1 |
5 | cups | Water |
1 | piece | Cassava, diced |
2 | pieces | Sweet potato, diced |
4 | pieces | saging na saba, diced |
4 | pieces | Ripe langka, shredded |
1/2 | kilogram | light brown sugar |
1 | cup | Coconut Milk |
125 | mililliters | 125 ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Simmer tapioca in water while covered for 1hr and 30 mins. Drain, rinse well and set aside. |
Step 2 | Boil 5 cups of water. Stir in glutinous rice flour and water mixture. Simmer until thick. |
Step 3 | Add cooked tapioca, cassava, sweet potato, saging na saba and langka. Simmer for 15 mins. |
Step 4 | Stir in sugar, coconut milk, and NESTLE All Purpose Cream. Simmer for 5 mins. |
Step 5 | Transfer into serving bowls, pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and serve warm. |
