1 | tablespoon | garlic, chopped |
2 | tablespoons | onion, chopped |
1.5 | kilograms | shrimp, shelled with tails intact |
10 | pieces | crab sticks (kani), shredded |
1/4 | cup | MAGGI® Oyster Sauce |
1 | cup | sliced young corn |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | To Taste | Salt |
1 | To Taste | Pepper |
Step 1 | Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large saucepan. Sauté shrimp over high heat for 1 minute. Remove shrimp and set aside. |
Step 2 | In the same pan, add remaining butter. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add young corn and sauté for another minute. |
Step 3 | Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Let simmer, then season with salt and pepper. |
Step 4 | Add kani, shrimp, and cook for 30 seconds more. |
