Step 3 | Sift the rice flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Add sugar and set aside. (5mins) |
Step 4 | Whisk coconut milk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, ube extract, eggs and melted butter in another bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until combined. (5mins) |
Step 5 | Brush an 8-inch square cake pan butter. Pour cake mixture and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. (1h 30mins) |
