500 | grams | Elbow Macaroni |
2 | packets | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
3 | cups | NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | cup | grated Gruyere cheese |
1 | cup | NESTLÉ® Cottage cheese |
1 | cup | grated Cheddar cheese |
1 | cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
1/2 | cup | Japanese bread crumbs |
Step 1 | Cook macaroni according to package directions. |
Step 2 | Prepare 1 cup each of grated Gruyere, Cottage, Cheddar, Parmesan cheese. Combine 4 cheeses with breadcrumbs. Set aside for topping. |
Step 3 | In another bowl, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, and pepper. Pour mixture over macaroni, add cheeses, and mix well. |
Step 4 | Transfer to a buttered baking dish. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs mixture. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F until bubbly and golden brown (about 25 mins). |
