Step 1 | Pre –heat oven to 350ᴼF. (20 mins) |
Step 2 | Assemble blueberry preserve, NESTLÉ® Milk Cream mixture and NESTLÉ® Granola in serving containers in layers. Refrigerate for 2 hours. (10 mins) |
Step 3 | Top with strawberries and more NESTLÉ® Granola. Serve well chilled. (5 mins) |
Step 4 | In another bowl, whisk together egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks. Fold in egg white mixture to egg yolk mixture. Pour into 6-inch round cake pan. (3 mins) |
Step 5 | Bake cake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. Cut into 1 ½ -inch pieces. (30 mins) |
Step 6 | Mix NESTLÉ® Milk Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. (5 mins) |
Step 7 | Assemble pieces of cake, NESTLÉ® Milk Cream mixture, fresh strawberries and strawberry jam in serving containers in layers. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve well chilled. (10 mins) |
