Step 1 | Butterfly and flatten each chicken breast using plastic wrap. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and set aside. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Place ham and cheese. Roll tightly and secure using the plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. (30mins) |
Step 3 | To make the Creamy Cheese Sauce, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, cheese and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® in a saucepan. Gently simmer while stirring. Set aside. (15mins) |
Step 4 | Remove plastic wrap from chicken breast. Roll lightly in flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside for 5 minutes. (10mins) |
Step 5 | Fry breaded chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Slice into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. Serve with Creamy Cheese Sauce. (15mins) |
