Step 1 | Whisk flour, salt, eggs, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. (5 minutes) |
Step 2 | Preheat a non-stick pan and pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Swirl and cook over low heat. Flip to cook the other side. Make around 7-9 pcs of crepes. Set aside to cool. (15 minutes) |
Step 3 | Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada until light and smooth. Whisk in mango puree. (10 minutes) |
Step 4 | Assemble crepe cake by spreading whipped cream mixture on every piece of crepe. (10 minutes) |
Step 5 | Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. (2 minutes) |
Step 6 | Top crepe cake with graham mixture and slices of mango. Refrigerate overnight. |
