1 | kilogram | shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1 | piece | Egg |
1/2 | cup | Cornstarch |
2 | cups | vegetable oil for frying |
1 | can | 507g fruit cocktail, drained well |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL |
2/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1/4 | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | head | coral lettuce, separated, rinsed and drained |
Step 1 | Season shrimp with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with egg and cornstarch. Fry in preheated oil over medium high heat for 2mins. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Set aside. |
Step 2 | Mix fruit cocktail, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada and mayonnaise. Add fried shrimp and toss well. |
Step 3 | Place lettuce on a platter, top with Hot Shrimp Salad. Serve immediately. |
