1 kilogram shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 piece Egg
1/2 cup Cornstarch
2 cups vegetable oil for frying
1 can 507g fruit cocktail, drained well
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 head coral lettuce, separated, rinsed and drained

STEPS

Step 1 Season shrimp with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with egg and cornstarch. Fry in preheated oil over medium high heat for 2mins. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Set aside.
Step 2 Mix fruit cocktail, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada and mayonnaise. Add fried shrimp and toss well.
Step 3 Place lettuce on a platter, top with Hot Shrimp Salad. Serve immediately.
