1 kilogram (2 pcs) bangus, boneless
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, minced
3/4 cup Water
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125mL
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 bar cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 pieces tomato, chopped
1 piece Red onion, minced
1 stalk Spring Onion
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

STEPS

Step 1 Season tilapia with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Step 2 Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Add garlic and onion. Cook for 1min. Pour water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Stir in cheese and simmer until slightly thick.
Step 3 Mix garlic, tomato, onion and spring onion into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 4 Place fried tilapia on a serving plate. Pour Cheesy Cream Sauce on top. Serve with Ensalada.
