1 | cup | chopped toasted walnuts (or cashew nuts) |

1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 1/4 | cups | 1 1/4 cup loosely packed brown sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
1/4 | cup | Orange Juice |
1 | teaspoon | unflavored gelatin |

Step 1 | Combine walnuts, raisins, and fruits in a bowl. Coat well with 1/4 cup flour. |
Step 2 | In another bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups flour and salt. Set aside. |
Step 3 | Beat eggs until light and frothy. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and vanilla and continue mixing. |
Step 4 | Add in dry ingredients: brown sugar, flour and salt mixture, and fruits. Mix thoroughly then spread onto a greased 9x13 inch rectangular pan. |
Step 5 | Bake at a pre-heated 300 degrees F oven for 30-35 minutes or until edges are starting to brown. |
Step 6 | Glaze cake with orange juice mixture while still warm. Let cool and cut into bars. |
