1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL |
Step 1 | Rub the beef with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, salt, and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Boil beef in water, soy sauce, and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for 2 hours or until tender adding more water if necessary. When cooked, remove beef from broth and set aside to rest. |
Step 2 | Prepare Creamy Mushroom Sauce: Heat olive oil, stir-fry mushrooms for 1 minute. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until light brown. Add flour and mix into the garlic to form a paste. Continue to cook until caramel brown in color. |
Step 3 | Pour in broth while continuously stirring. Add MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer until slightly thick. |
Step 4 | Remove from heat, slowly add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir well until fully incorporated into the sauce. |
