1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

1/4 cup Water
2 pieces Egg Yolk
1 tablespoon Sugar
6 pieces cookies and cream, crushed
1 tablespoon Butter
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 pieces cookies and cream, crushed
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 piece small egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 cup Water
2 pieces Egg Yolk
1 tablespoon Sugar
6 pieces cookies and cream, crushed
1 tablespoon Butter
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 pieces cookies and cream, crushed
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

STEPS

Step 1 Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, NESCAFÉ Classic and sugar into bowl. Combine NESTLE® Fresh Milk, oil, egg and vanilla in another bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well until smooth.
Step 2 Pour into 6x2-inch round tin can and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cake. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 3 For the Pudding, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, salt, water, egg yolk, sugar, and cookies and cream in a sauce pan. Gently heat while whisking until thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
Step 4 To make White Chocolate Ganache, gently simmer NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, pour into white chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Add cookies and cream. Set aside to cool.
Step 5 Pour Cookies and Cream Pudding into tin can. Pour White Chocolate Ganache and set aside in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 6 Place white chocolate chips in a bowl and place over a pot with simmering water. Pour melted chocolate into the tin to create chocolate shell. Set aside in the refrigerator until serving
