1 | cup | Water |
1 | can | 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
2 | tablespoons | MAGGI® Savor Classic |
1 | tablespoon | chopped parsley |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | piece | onion, sliced |
1 | cup | sliced mushroom |
1 | tablespoon | All Purpose Flour |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | can | 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
2 | tablespoons | MAGGI® Savor Classic |
1 | tablespoon | chopped parsley |
Step 1 | Combine ground beef, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper, breadcrumbs and eggs in a bowl. Mix well and form into 8 – 10 patties. |
Step 2 | Sauté patties in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. |
Step 3 | Add butter, onion and mushroom in the same pan. Sauté until golden brown. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. |
Step 4 | Stir in water, NESTLÉ® Milk Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor |
Step 5 | Place patties and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with parsley and serve. |
