1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 stick butter, chilled
5 tablespoons White sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 pieces Egg
2 cups store-bought pineapple jam
2 cups All Purpose Flour

2 cups store-bought pineapple jam

STEPS

Step 1 Pre-heat oven in 350ᴼF. (20 mins)
Step 2 Sift flour and baking powder in a bowl. Set aside. (5 mins)
Step 3 Whisk butter and sugar in another bowl until light and smooth. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and egg. Mix in flour and baking powder mixture until well combined.(15 mins)
Step 4 Spread half of the mixture in an 8-inch square baking tray. Smear pineapple jam evenly. Spread the other half of the dough. (10 mins)
Step 5 Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes. (30 mins)
Step 6 Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve. (10 mins)
