Step 1 | Pre-heat oven in 350ᴼF. (20 mins) |
Step 2 | Sift flour and baking powder in a bowl. Set aside. (5 mins) |
Step 3 | Whisk butter and sugar in another bowl until light and smooth. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and egg. Mix in flour and baking powder mixture until well combined.(15 mins) |
Step 4 | Spread half of the mixture in an 8-inch square baking tray. Smear pineapple jam evenly. Spread the other half of the dough. (10 mins) |
Step 5 | Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes. (30 mins) |
Step 6 | Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve. (10 mins) |
