750 | grams | freshly ground pork |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | piece | large onion, minced |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
4 | cloves | minced Garlic |
1/2 | cup | sliced mushroom |
1/2 | tablespoon | All Purpose Flour |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | teaspoon | chopped parsley |
Step 1 | Season ground pork with 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® . Add half of the onion and mix well. Form into 1 tbsp meatballs. (5mins) |
Step 2 | Sauté meatballs in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Add garlic and onion in the same pan. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add mushroom and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. (5mins) |
Step 4 | Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® . (3mins) |
Step 5 | Add sautéed meatballs and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. (2mins) |
