1 cup 1 can chickpeas, drained
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 pieces Pita Bread
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 tablespoon Paprika

STEPS

Step 1 Place chickpeas, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt and olive oil in a blender or a food processor. Purée until smooth. Transfer on a serving bowl. (10mins)
Step 2 Toast pita bread pieces in a pan or an oven toaster until light golden brown. (10mins)
Step 3 Top Creamy Hummus with olive oil and paprika. Serve with warm pita bread. (5mins)
