1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 1/2 | tablespoons | 1 1/2 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard |
1 | teaspoon | fine salt |
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | sliced spring onion |
6 | slices | Wheat Bread |
3 | pieces | Lettuce |
2 | pieces | tomatoes, sliced |
1 | piece | red onion, thinly sliced |
Step 1 | Boil eggs in water for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Peel and coarsely chop. (20 mins) |
Step 2 | Mix chopped eggs with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add in spring onion and mix well. (5 mins) |
Step 3 | Sandwich egg mixture, lettuce, tomato and onion with toasted wheat bread. Cut into serving pieces and serve slightly chilled. (10 mins) |
