500 | grams | pork liempo cut into cubes |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | tablespoons | garlic, chopped |
1/2 | cup | Onions, sliced |
2 | tablespoons | Bagoong Alamang |
2 | cups | cubed talong |
1/2 | cup | Water |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | pieces | siling haba (optional) |
Step 1 | Pan fry pork on its own fat until golden brown on all sides. |
Step 2 | Push fried pork on one side of the pan and sauté garlic and onion in the same pan until limp. |
Step 3 | Add bagoong and eggplant. Pour in water. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cook for another minute or until eggplant is cooked. |
Step 4 | Pour in cream and bring to a simmer. Add siling haba if desired. |
