Step 1 | For the caramel sauce, mix butter, brown sugar, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and salt in a pan. Cook over low heat while mixing continuously until smooth. Transfer into a container and set aside. (10 mins) |
Step 2 | Whip the ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks. Transfer into a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to serve. (10 mins) |
Step 3 | Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Pour into a blender and add NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, ice, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and 3 tbsp of prepared caramel sauce. Blend until smooth. (5 mins) |
Step 4 | Drizzle prepared caramel sauce on the side of serving glasses. Pour cream mixture, pipe whipped cream and top with caramel sauce. Serve immediately. (3 mins) |
