1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | cups | Brown Sugar |
1 | piece | Egg |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
2 | cups | All Purpose Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1/2 | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
1/4 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Butter, for greasing |
Step 1 | Pre heat oven at 350ᴼF. (30mins) |
Step 2 | Whisk melted butter, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and brown sugar until smooth . Add egg and vanilla extract. Continue to whisk until smooth. Set aside. (2mins) |
Step 3 | Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Stir in wet ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix. (3mins) |
Step 4 | Greased a baking pan with butter and line with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the blondies. (25mins) |
Step 5 | Set aside to cool. Remove from the pan and peel off the parchment paper. Cut into servings and serve. (10mins) |
