250 | grams | Spaghetti |
500 | grams | medium shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
3 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
6 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | onion, chopped |
2 | pieces | Tomatoes, chopped |
1/4 | cup | bottled crab roe paste (taba ng talangka) |
2 | tablespoons | Calamansi Juice |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | sprigs | Cilantro, picked |
Step 1 | Boil pasta according to package direction. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Season shrimp with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Pre heat a large pan and pour oil. Sauté shrimp for 1 minute per side. Remove and set aside. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and crab roe paste in the same pan. Pour calamansi juice and water. Bring to simmer. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. (5mins) |
Step 4 | Strain pasta and toss in the sauce. Season with remaining 1½ sachets of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Add back sautéed shrimps. Cook for another minute. (5mins) |
Step 5 | Transfer on a serving plate, top with cilantro and serve immediately. (5mins) |
