4 pieces eggs, separated
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
3/4 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter

STEPS

Step 1 Whisk egg yolk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, and vanilla.
Step 2 Sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the wet ingredients until smooth.
Step 3 Whip egg whites until fluffy. Gradually add sugar while whisking until soft peaks. Fold into batter until just combined.
Step 4 Melt butter in a non-stick pan and pour 1 ladleful of pancake batter and cook for 2 -3 minutes per side. Transfer into a serving plate and serve immediately with preferred toppings.
