1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
3/4 | cup | Water |
1/4 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
1 | cup | All Purpose Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1/4 | teaspoon | fine salt |
1/4 | cup | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Step 1 | Whisk egg yolk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, and vanilla. |
Step 2 | Sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the wet ingredients until smooth. |
Step 3 | Whip egg whites until fluffy. Gradually add sugar while whisking until soft peaks. Fold into batter until just combined. |
Step 4 | Melt butter in a non-stick pan and pour 1 ladleful of pancake batter and cook for 2 -3 minutes per side. Transfer into a serving plate and serve immediately with preferred toppings. |
