1 kilogram Chicken Thigh And Leg
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1 piece potato, cubed
1 piece small carrot, cubed
1 piece small red bell pepper, diced
1 piece small green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon Curry Powder

STEPS

Step 1 Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and set aside. (5mins)
Step 2 Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot and chicken in oil. (10mins)
Step 3 Add bell peppers, curry powder, pepper and bay leaf. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour water and simmer for 15 minutes. (20mins)
Step 4 Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and stir in NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5mins)
