1 kilogram beef tenderloin, cut into ½-inch cubes
1/4 cup MAGGI® Savor, garlic
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup garlic, crushed
1 kilogram Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 To Taste Pepper
1 kilogram beef tenderloin, cut into ½-inch cubes
1/4 cup MAGGI® Savor, garlic
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup garlic, crushed
1 kilogram Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 To Taste Pepper

STEPS

Step 1 Prepare beef salpicao by marinating beef in MAGGI SAVOR and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for at least 1 hour. Set aside.
Step 2 Heat olive oil. Stir-fry garlic until wilted and fragrant. Add marinated beef and cook very quickly over high heat. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3 Prepare mashed potatoes by combining potatoes, butter and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Mix to fully incorporate cream with potatoes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper to taste.
Step 4 In a medium-sized glass oven-proof cookware, spread mashed potatoes to cover bottom and sides of the container.
Step 5 Put beef with sauce on top and cover it with remaining mashed potatoes. Brush top with melted butter.
Step 6 Broil for 5-7 minutes in the oven or until golden brown.
