500 | grams | beef steak, cut into ¾-inch thick |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
2 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | tablespoons | MAGGI® Savor Classic |
1 | teaspoon | minced parsley |
Step 1 | Season beef steak with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Coat well with olive oil and set aside. (2mins) |
Step 2 | Preheat a pan and place beef to cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side or to the preferred doneness. Set aside steak for 10 minutes to rest. (15mins) |
Step 3 | Add garlic in the same pan can and cook for 1 minute. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and MAGGI® Savor. (2mins) |
Step 4 | Slice beef into serving pieces. Transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. Serve with cream sauce. (2mins) |
