500 grams beef steak, cut into ¾-inch thick
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Savor Classic
1 teaspoon minced parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Season beef steak with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Coat well with olive oil and set aside. (2mins)
Step 2 Preheat a pan and place beef to cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side or to the preferred doneness. Set aside steak for 10 minutes to rest. (15mins)
Step 3 Add garlic in the same pan can and cook for 1 minute. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and MAGGI® Savor. (2mins)
Step 4 Slice beef into serving pieces. Transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. Serve with cream sauce. (2mins)
