1 | piece | large white onion, minced |
2 | pieces | large egg yolks |
2 1/2 | packets | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
4 | teaspoons | lemon zest, finely grated |
1 | tablespoon | to 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice |
1/2 | cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | teaspoons | freshly ground pepper |
450 | grams | fettuccine, cooked al dente |
Step 1 | Melt butter in a sauté pan. Add onions and cook for about 3 minutes. |
Step 2 | In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, egg yolks, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice. Lower heat and add cream mixture and Parmesan cheese to the pan. Cook, whisking until slightly thickened. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and freshly ground pepper. |
Step 3 | Add cooked pasta and toss well. Pour some of the pasta liquid to loosen the sauce. |
