200 | grams | bacon, cut into large squares |
1 | cup | Button Mushroom |
1/2 | cup | tomatoes, roughly chopped |
1/2 | cup | young corn, roughly chopped |
2 | cups | Spinach |
2 | cloves | garlic, minced |
2 | teaspoons | Cayenne pepper |
1/4 | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
4 | cups | Cooked Rice |
1 | cup | grated mozzarella |
Step 1 | In a sauté pan or wok, heat up the bacon to release the oil. Sauté for 2 minutes. |
Step 2 | Add in mushrooms, tomatoes ,and young corn. Cook for 1 minute. |
Step 3 | Add in spinach and garlic. Season with cayenne pepper and nutmeg. |
Step 4 | Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and shut off the heat. |
Step 5 | Pour bacon mixture over the cooked rice. Top with cheese and broil until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve immediately. |
