1 | tablespoon | ginger, minced |
1 | tablespoon | cilantro stems, chopped |

1 | tablespoon | Curry Powder |
1 | cup | Tomato Sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Banana Catsup |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | tablespoon | Hot Sauce |
1/4 | cup | unsalted peanuts, chopped |
1 | To Taste | cilantro leaves |
1 | To Taste | Salt and pepper |
1 | To Taste | Water |
Step 1 | Marinate the chicken by mixing in garlic, ginger, cilantro stems, curry powder, salt, and pepper. |
Step 2 | In a pan, mix butter and the marinated chicken together. Once fragrant, add in tomato sauce, banana catsup, hot sauce, water, and basil. Simmer for 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked. |
Step 3 | Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, turn off the heat, and mix. |
Step 4 | Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro leaves. |
