4 pieces boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon cilantro stems, chopped
6 leaves basil
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons Banana Catsup
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
1 To Taste cilantro leaves
1 To Taste Salt and pepper
1 To Taste Water

STEPS

Step 1 Marinate the chicken by mixing in garlic, ginger, cilantro stems, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 In a pan, mix butter and the marinated chicken together. Once fragrant, add in tomato sauce, banana catsup, hot sauce, water, and basil. Simmer for 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Step 3 Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, turn off the heat, and mix.
Step 4 Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro leaves.
