6 | pieces | Duck Egg |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
1/4 | teaspoon | fine salt |
1 | can | NESTLÉ® Milkmaid® Condensed Milk |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap |
Step 1 | Divide sugar into 2 lyanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Mix duck eggs,, NESTLÉ® Milkmaid® Condensed Milk, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap, vanilla extract and salt. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Strain mixture into lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 30 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. Refrigerate overnight. (30mins) |
Step 4 | Unmold into a serving plate and well chilled. (2mins) |
