Step 1 | Prepare ganache first. In a small saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Remove from heat and add in chocolate chips. Whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Allow to cool. |
Step 2 | To prepare the crust, combine the ingredients in a bowl until crumbly. Press into round containers of choice. Set aside. |
Step 3 | In a medium-sized bowl, whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until fluffy. Set aside in the chiller. |
Step 4 | In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. |
Step 5 | To assemble, spread about 2 tsp of grape jam on top of the crust. Divide peanut butter filling evenly between cups. Top generously with chocolate ganache. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours before serving. |
