Step 1 | Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and cream cheese until light and smooth. Whisk in NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada and ube extract. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Spread ube jam on graham crust. Pour cream mixture. Freeze overnight. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Whip 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with sugar. Transfer into a piping bag. (10mins) |
Step 4 | Unmold cheesecake on a serving plate. Pipe whipped cream to decorate the cheesecake and top with preferred topping. (5mins) |
