1 1/4 | cups | 1 1/4 cup Graham crackers, crushed |
1/4 | cup | Sugar |
1 | cup | Cream Cheese, softened |
1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | tablespoons | unflavored gelatin dissolved in |
1/4 | cup | lukewarm water |
2 | pieces | mango, cubed |
1 | teaspoon | unflavored gelatin dissolved in |
1/4 | cup | lukewarm water |
Step 1 | Combine butter, graham crackers and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9” inch spring form pan. Chill until set or for 15 minutes. |
Step 2 | In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Add dissolved gelatin and blend until mixture is combined and smooth. |
Step 3 | Pour mixture into prepared crust and decorate on top with prepared mango slices. |
Step 4 | Drizzle on top with remaining ¼ cup of dissolved gelatin until fully covered. Chill until completely set. |
