2 | slices | Bacon |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable Oil |
1 | piece | Egg |
1/4 | teaspoon | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1 | packet | instant pancit canton |
2 | tablespoons | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125mL |
1 | tablespoon | grated cheese |
1 | teaspoon | minced parsley |
Step 1 | Sauté bacon in oil until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside. |
Step 2 | Using the same pan, fry egg and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside for topping. |
Step 3 | Meanwhile, boil noodles in water for 2mins. Strain and add in the same pan with ½ cup of cooking water. Add seasoning and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Toss until well coated. |
Step 4 | Transfer into a serving plate. Add cheese and parsley. Crumble bacon and place on top of the noodles with fried egg. Serve immediately. |
