INGREDIENTS

2 slices Bacon
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 piece Egg
1/4 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 packet instant pancit canton
2 tablespoons NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125mL
1 tablespoon grated cheese
1 teaspoon minced parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté bacon in oil until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
Step 2 Using the same pan, fry egg and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside for topping.
Step 3 Meanwhile, boil noodles in water for 2mins. Strain and add in the same pan with ½ cup of cooking water. Add seasoning and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Toss until well coated.
Step 4 Transfer into a serving plate. Add cheese and parsley. Crumble bacon and place on top of the noodles with fried egg. Serve immediately.
