1 | cup | cooked tapioca (sago) |
Step 1 | Mix glutinous rice powder with ¼ cup water to make a dough. Add water as needed. Knead until smooth. Form into ½-inch balls and set aside. (15 minutes) |
Step 2 | Combine 4 cups of water, sweet potato, and ube in a pot. Simmer for 10 minutes. (15 minutes) |
Step 3 | Add saba, bilo-bilo, and langka. Simmer for another 10 minutes. (10 minutes) |
Step 4 | Pour coconut milk, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in sago and bring to a gentle simmer. Transfer on a serving bowl and serve. (5 minutes) |
