1 cup Coconut Milk
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Toasted Cashew
1 teaspoon Butter, for greasing

STEPS

Step 1 Combine coconut milk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, brown sugar, rice flour and salt in a pan. Cook over medium heat while stirring until very thick. (30 mins)
Step 2 Stir in cashew and continue to until the mixture pulls out clean from the side of the pan. (10 mins)
Step 3 Brush a container with butter. Pour thickened mixture and set it aside until completely cooled. (5 mins)
Step 4 Unmold dodol and cut into serving pieces. Serve. (5 mins)
