1 | cup | Coconut Milk |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/2 | cup | Brown Sugar |
1/2 | cup | Rice Flour |
1/2 | teaspoon | Salt |
1/2 | cup | Toasted Cashew |
1 | teaspoon | Butter, for greasing |
Step 1 | Combine coconut milk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, brown sugar, rice flour and salt in a pan. Cook over medium heat while stirring until very thick. (30 mins) |
Step 2 | Stir in cashew and continue to until the mixture pulls out clean from the side of the pan. (10 mins) |
Step 3 | Brush a container with butter. Pour thickened mixture and set it aside until completely cooled. (5 mins) |
Step 4 | Unmold dodol and cut into serving pieces. Serve. (5 mins) |
