1 | can | lychee in syrup, drain, cut into quarters and reserve syrup |
1/3 | cup | Water |
1/4 | cup | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | gulaman powder |
1/2 | teaspoon | almond extract |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
6 | pieces | Cherries |
Step 1 | Combine lychee syrup and water to make 2 cups. Pour into a sauce pan and stir in sugar, gulaman powder and almond extract. Bring to a gentle simmer. Pour into a container to set. (15mins) |
Step 2 | Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Cut almond jelly into cubes. Add to cream mixture with lychee. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. (5mins) |
Step 4 | Serve well chilled with cherries on top. (5mins) |
