1 can lychee in syrup, drain, cut into quarters and reserve syrup
1/3 cup Water
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon gulaman powder
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
6 pieces Cherries

STEPS

Step 1 Combine lychee syrup and water to make 2 cups. Pour into a sauce pan and stir in sugar, gulaman powder and almond extract. Bring to a gentle simmer. Pour into a container to set. (15mins)
Step 2 Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. (5mins)
Step 3 Cut almond jelly into cubes. Add to cream mixture with lychee. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. (5mins)
Step 4 Serve well chilled with cherries on top. (5mins)
