15	grams	unflavored gulaman powder
1	tablespoon	NESCAFÉ Classic
1 1/2	cups	1 1/2 cup Water
1/4	cup	Brown Sugar
1	packet	NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2	cup	NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
3	cups	shaved ice

15	grams	unflavored gulaman powder
1	tablespoon	NESCAFÉ Classic
1 1/2	cups	1 1/2 cup Water
1/4	cup	Brown Sugar

1	packet	NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2	cup	NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
3	cups	shaved ice

STEPS

Step 1	Dissolve gulaman and coffee in water over low heat. Add sugar and continue stirring until completely dissolved.
Step 2	Transfer on a mold and refrigerate until set. Slice and set aside.
Step 3	Combine the NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada and shaved ice. Mix well.
Step 4	Add jelly and serve immediately.
