1 | cup | Shredded crabsticks |
2 | cups | shredded Cauliflower |
2 | cups | sliced Broccoli |
2 | cups | chopped canned stewed Tomatoes |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | tablespoon | Pepper Flakes |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
400 | grams | cooked Penne Rigate (or any pasta of your choice) |
1 | cup | Mozzarella Cheese |
1/2 | cup | Cheddar Cheese |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
2 | pieces | Siling Panigang, chopped |
Step 1 | Render bacon fat in a pan. Remove bacon and chop. Set aside for later use. |
Step 2 | Stir-fry crab meat, cauliflower and broccoli onto the bacon fat. Cook for 2 minutes. |
Step 3 | Pour-in canned tomatoes and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Simmer over low heat. |
Step 4 | Season with siling panigang, pepper flakes and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Toss-in cooked pasta and transfer to oven proof dishes. |
Step 5 | Top with more sauce and sprinkle top with cheeses. Dot with butter and broil until cheese melts for at least 10 minutes. Serve immediately. |
