Step 1 | Combine sliced apples, brown sugar and cinnamon powder together in bowl. Mix well. (10 mins) |
Step 2 | Fill lumpia wrapper with apple mixture and seal with flour and water mixture. (10 mins) |
Step 3 | Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. (10 mins) |
Step 4 | For the caramel sauce, place butter, brown sugar, salt and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream in a sauce pan. Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring. Serve with freshly cooked Apple Turon. (10 mins) |
